I have been searching the forum now for the past hour and have read every single hit I get on the NSD is running error, lots of questions but no answers. I understand Notes uses this in place of the old QNC error, and then writes to a log. We have 1 user right now, several in the past, that have gotten this error. The one in particular has it happen every time he shuts down Notes. When he opens Notes back up it works fine and works fine the whole time its open, but then when he shuts it down again, he gets the NSD is running. I have submitted several questions in the past with no answers to any of them. I would at least appreciate a response even if its an "I don't know" type. My users want answers/fixes. And so far I have nothing to give them. Thanks much in advance for any help I can get.
